'Arundhati' is a thriller movie with good graphics and special effects. MOvie is excellently executed technically good. Special credits go to cinematography by K Senthil Kumar and screenplay by Kodi Ramakrishna.
Story:
Arundhati (Anushka) belongs to Gadwal's ruling dynasty. Her marriage is settled with Rahul (Deepak). Few days before her marriage, she comes to the fort of Gadwal from Hyderabad. There she is drawn to nearby abandoned fort where an evil is lying. At this point movie roles back to flashback. Three generations back, Jejemma aka Arundhati (Anushka) kill her womaniser bava Pasupathi (Sonu Sood) whose spirit vows to take revenge. Three generations later, the new Arundhati kills him again.
Performances:
Anushka has given a mindblowing performance. Her Character as Jejama demanded lot of emotions and body language, Anushka perfectly executed them. She has prooved that she is not just glamourous and Sexy but also a great actor. Sonu Sood was not less either he has also given an equally great performance as the evil womanizer. He looks deadly and scary. Dubbing by P Ravi Shankar for Soonu Sood was an added advantage to his character. Sayaji Shinde as fakir was apt.
Music:
Music by Koti is average. Songs are not impressive at all.
Verdict:
Technically, the film is executed excellently. Screenplay is tight with good visual effects and good editing.
'Arundhati' is a good thriller movie and can be watched for Anushka's and Soonu Sood's brilliant performance. 'Arundhati' can be rated as an average movie. |  |
